Our Chocolate

I hope you enjoy our artisanal chocolates and experience the subtleties of this luxurious chocolate.
Our chocolate couveture is made from selected cacao pods grown on international plantations.  The cacao beans have first been been fermented, dried, roasted, winnowed & conched to make the foundation of our couverture.  Maurie’s Fine Chocolates creates exquisite artisanal chocolates made with passion, pride and creativity. Each individual truffle is created with dark chocolate ganache infused with natural fruits, teas and spices is surrounded by a thin layer of our 72% chocolate. The balance of subtle flavors and lush texture in our smooth chocolate ganache is enhanced by the finest ingredients. We freshly roast our own almonds, pecans, cashews, macadamias; make our own copper kettle cooked caramel and English toffee, and enrobe Wisconsin cranberries, cherries, orange peel, & Buderim ginger. We make our own bars in milk, 72% dark and 91% dark. We have a new line of thin 'envoyage' chocolate with Himalayan salt, cacao, pecans, toffee, door county cherries or signature plain.
